On the tapes, the King of Pop can be heard telling Gatlin, “This guy, he just… has ways about him… There’s a divide between me and my representatives and I don’t talk to my lawyer, my accountant. I talk to him and he talks to them.
“I don’t like it. I wanna get somebody in there with him that I know and can trust. I don’t know what’s in my accounts.”
Gatlin advised Jackson to investigate his manager.
She tells NBC, “Michael said, ‘He’s (Tohme) mean, he’s trying to keep me and separate me from everybody and everything that I love.” (See here)
Another record by Murray:
On the same photo we saw earlier, there is a notation on September 26. For the first time we read the word “Insomnia” but not before that date. Apparently, Murray wrote a prescription for Restoril
Temazepam (trade name Restoril, Temaze among others) is an intermediate-acting 3-hydroxy benzodiazepine. It is mostly prescribed for the short-term treatment of sleeplessness in patients who have difficulty falling asleep and maintaining sleep, as studies have shown rapid sleep induction along with an uninterrupted night’s sleep. In addition, temazepam has hypnotic, anxiolytic (anti-anxiety), anticonvulsant, and skeletal muscle relaxant properties. (read more here).
Due to the conflict that Michael had with Tohme Tohme during this period of time, he was stressed out and that affected even more his ability to sleep. Later Michael who wanted to take care of his life and his business fired Tohme.

- November 11:
Michael has given up title to his Neverland ranch, transferring the deed to a company he partly controls. The Star filed a grant deed on the ranch that makes the new owner an entity called the Sycamore Valley Ranch Co. LLC, a joint venture between Jackson and an affiliate of Colony Capital LLC, Colony Capital is a Los Angeles-based real estate investment company run by billionaire Tom Barrack. It owns several properties in Las Vegas, including the Las Vegas Hilton.
In her blog And Justice For Some, “Justice” has an interesting post about Sycamore Valler Ranch (here):
“What we already know is that Michael Jackson bought approximately 2,700 acres of land, complete with a house and its furnishings in 1987 from William Bone. At the time of its sale, the property was named the Sycamore Valley Ranch. Michael Jackson paid $13 million dollars for the property. See below for original contract between William G. Bone and Michael Jackson …
Below is the check that was issued by Michael Jackson on 7/6/87, in the amount of $100,000.00 as a deposit for what would become the property known as Neverland.
In 2007, rumors began that Michael Jackson’s Neverland was close to foreclosure, although advisers state that it was merely being refinanced. (Interestingly, those reassuring statements of refinance rather than foreclosure came from PETER LOPEZ, but that story, is for yet another blog.) Cutting to the chase, Tom Barrack of Colony Capital purchased the Neverland loan, which was in default, avoiding a public auction of Neverland. Michael Jackson transferred the title of Neverland to Tom Barrack on November 10, 2008.
If you have read my previous blog, you know that the theme of these blogs is the “coincidence” or “convenience” of the many people who surrounded Michael Jackson prior to his death. Tom Barrack, conveniently owns the property next to Neverland. Tom Barrack and WILLIAM BONE (original owner of Neverland) formed a partnership over a decade ago, called Sunrise Colony. Sunrise Colony conveniently owns the Red Rock Country Club, which conveniently holds the mortgage on one DR. CONRAD MURRAY. In addition, when Tom Barrack assumed the loan for Neverland in 2008, he RENAMED THE PROPERTY SYCAMORE VALLEY RANCH. This is the ORIGINAL NAME when WILLIAM BONE OWNED THE PROPERTY. So our question is…did Barrack buy the property under the guise of William Bone for some reason? …
After much searching and surfing the net, I found what I believe to be a credible source and also the answer to the question….did Barrack take advantage of Michael Jackson and his assets when MJ was backed into a financial corner? Richard Siklos, editor-in-chief of Fortune Magazine, wrote in October, 2009, that “under the terms of an agreement struck with Jackson after Colony Capital purchased the note on the property for $23.5 million, when Neverland is eventually sold, Colony will recoup its investment in the note plus the accrued interest, its management and upkeep expenses, and around 12% of above that as a success fee. THE REST WILL GO TO THE ESTATE.” Essentially, this means that the Michael Jackson Estate will receive a large profit of the sale of Neverland, or the Estate could have the option to buy the property.”

Another record by Murray:
On the same photo we saw earlier, there is a notation on November 19. The year is not visible but it looks like a follow up of what was said about the insomnia in September. Apparently, Murray wrote a prescription for 2 medications, Restoril (as before) and Xanax:
Alprazolam (trade name Xanax, available among other generic names) is a short-acting anxiolytic of the benzodiazepineclass of psychoactive drugs. Alprazolam, like other benzodiazepines, binds to specific sites on the GABAA gamma-amino-butyric acid receptor. Alprazolam is commonly used and FDA approved for the treatment of panic disorder, and anxiety disorders, such as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) or social anxiety disorder (SAD). Alprazolam is available for oral administration in compressed tablet (CT) and extended-releasecapsule (XR) formulations. Alprazolam possesses anxiolytic, sedative, hypnotic, skeletal muscle relaxant, anticonvulsant, and amnesic properties (Read more here).

Mr. Jackson is in fine health, and finalizing negotiations with a major entertainment company & television network for both a world tour and a series of specials and appearances.” SOURCE: Scoop Marketing
Another medical meeting with Murray?
The autopsy report contains a “Medical Evidence” part where we can see all the drugs that had been administrated to Michael (from 2008 to his passing), the date of issue, the number issued and the amounts remaining (see here).
On December 12, 2008, Murray wrote another prescription for Restoril (Temazepam – see before) that the patient had to take once at bedtime; the number issued was 30 and the remaining 3 capsules.

More than 2,000 items, ranging from personal effects and costumes to pieces from Michael’s private art collection as well as fittings and furnishings from his Neverland ranch, will be up for sale at a four-day public auction at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles.

The prosecutor David Walgren shows Murray’s medical documents on day 7:
(The first video: 13:46-13:59, 15:23-15:35, 21:10-35:34)
(The second video: 01:19-02:43, 03:22-03:53, 04:55-06:24, 07:23-07:56)
So far we have seen some very suspicious records from 2006-07 and some apparently true ones from 2007. Actually, it appears that Murray met Michael as a patient in 2008; he had enough time to learn about MJ’s medical issues and probably all the doctors who had treated him.
In fact in his statement to the police on June 27, 2009 Murray named several doctors: “two Germans”, Dr. Klein, Dr. Metzger (when spelling dr. Metzger’s name, Murray said M-E-T-Z-E-R! He had not rehearsed enough before meeting with the police!), Dr. Adams and Cherilyn Lee (Murray did not like Cherilyn Lee. He said nasty things about her and MJ).
Since Murray is neither a dermatologist nor a plastic surgeon – the specialties in medicine that MJ needed most due to his vitiligo, lupus and his burn injury – Murray had to find another reason to present himself as an “absolutely indispensable” doctor in Michael’s life. Very soon Murray found it: Jackson’s insomnia. But Murray is not a sleep specialist either. Since he saw Michael as his ticket to fame and wealth, he lied about his ability to cure MJ’s insomnia.
Gatorgirl has written an interesting note about the years 2007 and 2008:
“Notice there is no seeking of pain medications above, no continuous seeing of the doctor, no “drug seeking” of any kind. Michael had two main problems–insomnia and lung issues (LUPUS). Seeing that Murray knew Michael had insomnia, this makes me sick knowing that months later Murray would use this real health problem to exploit and then kill Michael. He abused him. …” http://tl.gd/dfpnc3
About Dr. Adams, he is an anesthesiologist who had used Propofol 4 times on Michael during dental procedures in 2008. Michael wanted him in his team in England but Murray did all he could to prevent that. About this famous Sunday, April 5th, 2009 in Las Vegas in an office where apparently Dr. Adams and Michael were present, Murray said to the police (Murray’s statement on June 27, 2009):
Murray was afraid that Dr. Adams would take his job and also the lovely $$$ he had dreamed to cash in on.
Gatorgirl has some thoughts about this day:
Come April 5th–Murray claims Adams gave MJ propofol for sleep in Murray’s presence at a “cosmetologist’s office” in LV–if this was true, then wouldn’t MJ had not just found what he was supposedly searching for weeks *later*? I mean two things with this statement: the first notion is if he was receiving propofol at that time for sleep why was he complaining of insomnia weeks later? The second notion is, if Adams gave it to him then, an anesthesiologist mind you, why was he not hired on the spot? Why was Murray supposedly asking Adams to assist him when if Adams had accepted then there would be no need for Murray? Murray asking Adams to assist would be like an OB-GYN doctor asking a neurosurgery to assist him with brain surgery on someone who wants brain surgery to overcome panic attacks…
To be continued …
